Exchange Policy
We hope you love everything you buy at Freedom Road Boutique, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We are more than willing to give you store credit or exchange.
We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free from fragrance, body odor, deodorant stains, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the original tags must still be attached (if applicable).
We do not cover return shipping and you won’t get store credit or an exchange until the item is sent back and inspected.
All bralettes, jewelry, and sale/clearance items are final.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
